I forgot!  How did I forget?  

We all know that I love color. I love it! I love talking about it and thinking about it and putting together palettes and reading about it and planning and imagining it.

Here’s my little take on Pantone’s 2013 Fall Fashion Color Report: 

My guess for fall weddings is palettes of:
Purples and Pinks like Acai and Vivacious
Mixed greens like Emerald, Linden Green and Deep Lichen Green
Bright and bold like Samba, Koi and Vivacious
Mystical and Magical with Mykonos Blue, Emerald, Acai and Turbulence
Naturals paired with a deep bold like Carafe, Deep Lichen Green, Linden Green and Samba

Peacock Themed Wedding

Many brides are moving away from the traditional wedding theme to a more fun and unusual setting; a peacock-wedding theme can be your perfect answer to grandeur and opulence. Because of the peacock’s enchanting colors, it has become a popular wedding color theme.
 
I believe this is one of the most luscious color schemes for weddings. This combination can include just the “peacock colors” or it can also include actual peacock feathers in the décor. 

The colors of a Peacock Theme are turquoise, royal blue, green, and purple. The purple color can vary as shown in the inspiration boards below from a true purple to a color that leans more toward magenta. Regardless of the exacts shades, the hallmark of the Peacock theme is “vibrant” blues and purples with some green, as well. You could even use a little bit of gold as an accent.
